The Good, The Bad and The Ugly seminars
Six evening seminars free to BDPMA members
Following the resounding success of last year’s events in Scotland, Dental Protection is pleased to announce that the Horizons series will again be visiting cities around England and Wales during September 2010. The team-focused evening event provides a practical look at topics that are relevant to all members of the dental team, both GDC registered and non-registered.
Speakers Mike Clarke and Kevin Lewis will be presenting the 2010 the evening which this year is entitled The Good, The Bad and The Ugly. Delegates will have an opportunity to explore the management of difficult people and difficult situations that arise throughout the practice - from chairside to reception.
Kevin Lewis, Director of Dental Protection, said, “We were overwhelmed by the response to last year’s Horizons events in Scotland, and are pleased to be running more events. Our aim is to bring quality programmes closer to home for more of our members, and in that spirit this same programme has recently been taken to our members in seventeen cities all over Australia.” Including 2.5 hours verifiable CPD the evening will also give delegates a chance to meet some of the Dental Protection advisory team face-to-face in order to explore the full range of benefits available to members.
