One of our most utilised membership features is our telephone and email support service operated from our head office. The service is available from 9.00 am - 5.00 pm every working day of the year and aims to:
- Facilitate and circulate information and advice
- Provide a platform for practice managers, who are primarily alone in managing their “businesses”, to sound off and bounce ideas around
- Be a receptacle for issues and queries from members and to exploit the huge network of support we have available to determine the right solution
- To offer a friendly ear, some well-needed support and if possible, a helping hand
No matter what your query or problem, we do our utmost to either provide you with an answer or to put you in touch with someone who can.
