DOES YOUR PRACTICE HAVE A CODE OF CONDUCT? During the Daventry spring Regional Development Seminar, we discussed the benefits of every practice determining its own code of conduct.

A code of conduct is a set of rules, determined and agreed by the entire team, that everyone agrees to abide by. It helps to set clear boundaries for what is acceptable and unacceptable behaviour and therefore encourages greater tolerance, mutual understanding and ultimately, better working relationships. Clearly established boundaries also help to settle disputes that will iinevitably occur in an open and fair manner.
